Dr. Sundari KP has completed her M.A, M.Phil and Ph.D. She is the Director of Indusviva school and early learning centre. Dr. Sundari is a Clinical Psychologist with 25 years of teaching experience at M.D. College, Parel, Mumbai. She has also been a Ph.D guide and examiner with 40 research papers to her credit. She has worked as a counselor, for past 3 decades, with various disorders and spread across all age groups. From 2006 to 2017 Dr. Sundari has conducted extensive workshops titled “Cracking the Drugs code” sponsored by Glaxo for paediatricians all over the country on Child Psychology. She has been an excellent source of energy and enthusiasm for the center. She has been very empathetic towards her clients and employees which serves as a motivating factor to excel in therapy and professional aspect.
Saniya is a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) certified Speech Language Pathologist, graduated from Dr. S R Chandrasekar institute of speech and hearing (Bangalore). She has worked as an intern and a professional in various special schools and hospitals. Her field provides exposure to Child and Adult disorders, including Speech and Language delay, Hearing impairment, Fluency and Voice disorders, Traumatic Brain injuries and Stroke cases. She has also dealt with Swallowing disorders and Oral-motor deficits. Saniya has presented two research papers, namely “Asymmetric auditory maturation Pattern due to peripheral hearing loss: A case study’ and “Speech Characteristics in patient with Neuro-degeneration and Brain Iron accumulation (NBIA) Syndrome’’
As a therapist, Saniya is very efficient in designing tailor made approaches in the best interest of the child. She strongly believes in Child centred approach for intervention program. Saniya is highly organized and passionate about her work. She is ambitious to thrive on challenges and constantly sets goals that help in better outcome and quality functioning.
